    Should be renamed the entitled shop. Just purchased a new home, that were excited about, obviously, and walked in to try and match the tile that we already have. When we told the staff what kind of tile it was, the sales woman and staff grimaced/chuckled. We were told we only make our own porcelian tiles, which is fine, but the delivery of that message was off putting. The male sales person (tall guy with tatts) did a good job of showing us the store. Had our only interaction been with him would have been a better experience. Store is nice, tiles are nice, but overpriced in comparison to other tile stores we've been to in the area. We'll be buying flooring there.
